wow, the beds had comfy mattresses and plush pillows! towels smelled wonderful and so fresh. breakfast had lots of choices and lucy made it extra friendly. our room was a quadruple room and the double glazing was like amazing! i got good curtains that blocked out light.
the parking area was a little tight, but honestly, i barely noticed it!

our quadruple room had good space and was clean, like super clean. it had nice furniture that matched the vibe. the shower was a good size and offered a strong, consistent water pressure.

the breakfast included cereal, eggs, bacon, mushrooms, and half a tomato. it also included options for juice, tea, and coffee. they provided convenient times, between 7:30 am and 9:00 am every day.

it's only a short walk into the town center, like around 5 to 8 minutes. you are close to shops, shakespeares house, and the river avon district. this location includes easy access to lots of attractions.

The location was a dream, just a short walk to the town centre, saved a lot on parking! our room was so clean. It had everything we needed! the breakfast offered a good variety, i loved the cooked options. the hosts were really accommodating!

the staff here proved very friendly. The convenient location allowed easy access to town attractions as everything was within walking distance. i thought the value was amazing and the breakfast was really good. The B&B was clean.
the parking AREA was tight. i struggled a little while parking, but managed eventually. it would be better if it was bigger. guests should consider this before traveling by car.

I phoned ahead to say I would arrive around 13:30.. My host had my room ready, so I could unpack. Breakfast was freshly cooked and had a good choice.
The parking was a little tight.
